Your key responsibilities would be to:
o Providing analysis of monthly results to the regional management (explain variance vs. budget, forecasts etc. )
o Support financial planning and control process including group budget, quarterly forecasts and strategic business plan for the regions.
o Responsible for the After Sales administration process
o Support in setting up various internal finance processes with good controls
o Support in preparation of the financial statements in compliance with the latest IFRS standards
o Supporting in timely CIT / VAT filings
o Assist/Guide the finance team as and when needed
o Produce and analyse ad hoc financial information
Professional qualification and experience:
o Bachelor or Master in Accounting or finance; CPA or CA degree would be a plus.
o Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance background
o Knowledge in Baan V or ERP LN and Cognos is a plus
o Good Understanding of Dutch Taxes and Pension System
o Strong MS excel skills
o Experience in working for a dynamic multinational company
o Fluent in Dutch and English
o Ability to work with multiple-levels of management
o Hands-on mentality
o Can work under pressure
o Ability to prioritze and focus
o Pro-active, self-starter
